Status meanings
Official means the merchant or affiliate source identifies the promotion. Checkout verified requires a recorded successful test. Community confirmed reflects recent visitor reports. Unverified means a successful checkout test is not currently recorded.
What is reviewed
Reviewers check country, customer eligibility, device, code requirement, minimum spend, maximum discount, expiry, exclusions, source, and publication status. A successful record must include an evidence reference that remains private.
Freshness and failure
Verification is time-specific, not a permanent guarantee. Merchant changes, product exclusions, account eligibility, basket value, stacking rules, and regional differences can cause a previously working code to fail.
Public safeguards
Expired, draft, scheduled, archived, private, not-yet-started, and past-expiry offers are excluded from active public database functions. A verified database status without supporting successful evidence is displayed as unverified.
